Tilt Game Coin Pickups, Bounce Pads and Jumping

- Coin can be picked up by the player

- Coins add to the score on the top of the screen

- Added Calibrate and Jump buttons

- Added 3 more levels to the existing 4

- Added coins to existing and new levels

- Level 5 the player learns how to jump

- Level 6 the player learns about bounce pads

- Level 7 the player must use jumping and bounce pads to make it to the goal
