Cannon rotate and enemy spawn buttons

Added a Rotate Right button for the cannon

Added a Rotate Left button for the cannon

Added a Spawn Enemy button which spawns enemies in random spots

The enemies can only spawn in the certain area

Added jet image for floating enemies
